I'm on a combining binge at the moment but I'm stumbling over a lot of series which I'm passing by. I'm going to start making entries here, if anyone wants to have a crack at them, feel free, otherwise I'll come back to them at some stage. Add your own ones here if you like too.

Did some work on that one - there is one more series hiding there but still tracking down which are the other books in it.

>10 AnnieMod: Thank you. I'm staggered at the volume of work that some of these romance writers manage to churn out; series after series.

Not just romance - crime, mystery, fantasy and sf have a similar problem with some of the template authors. :) With some of them I am almost sure that they have autogenerated template and just add the details...

>12 AnnieMod: Yes, they often do use a template, provided to them by the publishers. It's a living.

>12 AnnieMod: & >18 PhaedraB: This http://www.librarything.com/author/lennoxelizabeth looks like one of those Templars er template writers. The Sheik, the Russian, the Earl....

Shaking head and disappearing to read a book that is not based on a visible template ;)

>19 bernsad:

Looks like it - yeah. I had been seeing a few today while untangling the kindle page...

Yeah, and the weird thing was that all of the "The Sheik..." books weren't in the same series!

>26 PhaedraB: They are closely related according to World Cat. The first is a 20 volume set from 1969-70. It was replaced by the New International Wildlife Encyclopedia in 1980, which had 21 volumes. In 1990 the Marshall Cavendish International Wildlife Encyclopedia (rev. edition) was published in 25 volumes.
