Looking forward to seeing Ender's Game (though given how violent the book is, at least from what I remember, I don't expect a very true adaptation, not to mention other bits). Miss Peregrine should make an interesting movie, though part of what made the book so fun was the found photos. I've been following the production of TFIOS (sorta kinda) via the VLOGBROTHERS channel, and from what John has said, it should be pretty good.

I recommend you read The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. The movie I believe is ready for an Oscar! Have you heard of the next book for Miss Peregrine? :) And Tim Burton Directing the movie? sooo cooool!

If Burton directs the movie, that might just resolve all my problems with a possible Miss Peregrine movie right there.

The one I'm most looking forward to is definitely If I Stay. Especially with the actors they picked! I dig it!

I am teaching Ender's Game in my 9th grade class this year so I am hoping for a true adaption! My students loved it and are begging me to show the movie. It might an interesting discussion and lesson to be able talk about why they made the changes they did though. I cannot decide!

I just heard there is a cast list developing for The Giver also. That should be good!

I want to see Ender's Game and The Giver would be cool too!

The Giver is going to have similar problems to Ender's Game from what I remember. There is some slightly uncomfortable aspects to it regarding sexuality for one (though its been years since I've read it). It'll be interesting to see how it turns out. I do certainly want to see the Ender's Game movie, but given what a sleazeball Scott Card is, I'm seriously considering waiting until its available on Netflix so he doesn't get any richer off my ticket.

Though ultimately I felt lukewarmly about the book, I think the trailer for The Maze Runner looks super cool.

11> The Maze Runner was okay, but the sequels were train wrecks. If they're making movies out of them, I have no idea how they'd salvage them.
