Possible glitch- pending mooches marked as received?

Posting because I couldn't find any topics on this issue and I wanted to check with some more experienced moochers before I contact tech support!

I've had hardly any trouble with BM for the 2 years I've been using it, and then this morning I log onto my account and discover that 9 mooches that I had pending have been marked as received! The 9 titles that were marked as received had all been sent by the owners, but I had not yet received them, and a couple I am not expecting to receive for a month or two due to the shipping method. I had not received any reminders from the owners about marking as received either, and they now show up in my history with positive feedback and no comments.

I'm a bit torn on this- I don't know whether this is a BM glitch, or if my account was hacked. I have 3 other pending mooches that have not been sent, and they're still on pending page, which leads me to believe that this might be a problem on BM's end (I feel that a hacker would just cancel the pending mooches or mark them as received as well- in any case, I have changed my password and security question, just to be safe).

Has this happened to anyone? It gave me a bit of a rude shock when I saw that they'd all been marked this way. I have emailed the owners to give them a head's up about this, and told them I would let them know when the books did arrive. I am not going to change the feedback for the time being- I'll just wait for the books to arrive and then change it and/or add a comment if I need to. I just hope that this doesn't happen to the other 3 mooches when they're marked as sent...

Not a bug I've heard of before, although I haven't been especially active on BM lately. I assume you've reported it to admin? Do post back with what happens. Especially if you get an explanation.

Never heard of this one before either. I would report it to tech support. Very strange.

I emailed tech support, and their response was that in the past when this has happened, it's commonly been because a family member or someone in the household marked the books as received. Unfortunately, that's not what's happened here- no one in my house has access to my login or password and I do take care to log out of BM when I'm finished.

Support did say that if the books don't come, then I should contact them and arrange to get the points back. So fingers crossed, I guess? Two of the pending mooches did arrive in the mail today, so hopefully the other 7 will come without any issues.
