An observation on the hemispheres, weatherwise and the vapours.like dead man

Dear Group,

I was wondering if ONE of the reasons this group is stagnant/moribund/"dead parrotish like"/you know like man dead, man/70'ish is 'cos of the weather.

I feel rather cold, well coolish at 10-12 C. And NO, I refuse to translate that into Fahrenheit, but am prepared to talk in Kelvin. eg. 283.16K. Plus or minus a bit.

It's 29C here in California, and we're not even having the heat wave that's hitting the east half of the continent.

Right, if you insist : temperature rarely reached 20° C here in Holland in this so-called "summer". And so far I even often have to have the lights on at mid-day. Not happy!..
