Peter Ackroyd and Charles Dickens -- the secret connection

Somehow, several pictures originally uploaded (by different users) for Peter Ackroyd have become attributed to Charles Dickens. This appears to be some sort of system glitch, although it seems like an odd sort of error for a system to make. I wonder if there are other instances of this with other pairs of authors.
