I just noticed that LT has added a 'From Where' option. Which means a ULTB could be from a ULTFW...

Which always seems to imply the opposite possibility of being the "KING" (al a foursquare) of a 'From Where' venue.

If you mean where we got the book from, us Europeans would win, because we've been to bookshops that American tourists are very unlikely to have visited.
