I wouldn't be able to use most of the recipes apparently, not having the multi-thousand dollar equipment, but I'd still love a copy!

i got a copy from amazon for $412 including pp to Ireland. This book is worth every penny and i would happily recommend it, even at the $600 price!! A fantastic and comprehensive work. if you can, buy it!

#7 - Wow. Matter with shape memory. Kinda weird and lovely at the same time. There is a reason I don't eat gelatin. It's scary.
