SantaThingSantaThing Entry #229

Recipient is not the account.
Gift is for: my nephew Joseph
Book tastes
He's five, and a strong reader for his age. He's deeply interested in space, dinosaurs, and mathematics. Age-appropriate nonfiction on those topics would be great, or fiction with some nonfiction elements.
Don't get this!
He owns all of the Elephant and Piggie books. For his birthday, I gave him the Nat Geo Little Kids First Book of Space, If You Decide to Go to the Moon, and I Am the Solar System.

merrystar: "What's your angle, Pythagoras?" by Julie Ellis is fun for math. My kids also enjoyed the Sir Cumference series (Cindy Neuschwander) which is a bit silly. "Wild Fibonacci" by Joy Hulme is another good one. (Nov 21, 2023, 10:52pm)
