Some note about my rating scale:

Everything in my library is something I would purchase again, with the exception of anything marked 1/2 star. I tend to keep books. So, there are still a handful of books I purchased for one reason or another, and simply haven't sold, given away, or traded.

Most books are 1-star, including most of my computer references. When it comes to computer references, I basically have two ratings, 1 star (good book), 5 stars (timeless classic). Very few books on specific techniques are 5 star. But, as a general rule, anything by O'Reilly is worth the money.

Otherwise, 5 star books are classics you should own. 4 star books are classics to be put on the list. Everything else is just my vague thoughts.

Again, keep in mind that if it is in my library, I would pay money to purchase it (again).
