St. John's stimulated our interest in philosophy, mathematics, science and literature; as a consequence most of our books fall into those categories. We also have quite a few architectural books, which is a hazard of my profession. We inherited a small portion of our library from Sallie's father, who was also a graduate of St. John's and a physician. We enjoy fiction- - sports and mystery.

Sallie and I attended St. John's College in Annapolis in the early to mid-70s. Sallie works in the legal profession and I'm an architect. We're looking forward to retirement in the next few years so that we'll have more opportunity to read the many unread volumes in our library. So many books...so little time!
