- A propos de ma bibliothèque
- “A good book is an education of the heart. It enlarges your sense of human possibility what human nature is of what happens in the world. It’s a creator of inwardness.” — Susan Sontag
- A propos de moi
- Nothing brings me greater joy in this world than a new book in my hands; a new world waiting to be explored through the opening of a cover and the turning of each page.
It is true that e-readers have made it easier for individuals to read anything they may desire at any time, the story they crave being only the press of a button away; however it is nothing compared to feeling of a brand new book in your hands. The way the spine slightly cracks when you open it, the sound of the crisp pages being turned, and the intoxicating smell that is released is an experience like no other.
While the magic of storytelling can be felt across any medium that story is told in, the words (and the world) just seem a bit more magical in the physical form. - Page d'accueil
