I think I've catalogued most of the stuff I own, but I'm going to start keeping track of the things I've borrowed from the library as well (suitably tagged, of course).

Because I find it almost impossible to get rid of books, even ones I know I'll never read again (or simply just never read!), a fair proportion of this collection tells you a lot more about my past life than about my current interests. This is particularly true of the biblical studies/ theology material!

The fact that the books on my shelves at home are carefully arranged by subject, and by author surname in the fiction section, has nothing to do with the fact that I'm a librarian. It just makes stuff easier to find...
