À mon sujetBuddhism teaches that nothing is permanent and that attachment to material things will bring suffering. I suffer then, because impermanence means that one day I will have to part with my books. Books are my source of comfort. Since I can remember, whenever something significant happens in my life I run to the bookstore, either to celebrate or to find refuge. There's nothing like the rush I feel when I enter a room lined with old books. I was told once I'd never live long enough to read my entire library. Oh, well...
