A propos de ma bibliothèque
My love of the teen romance genre started when I was 12 and checked out "Fifteen" by Beverly Cleary time after time after time from my middle school library. Now I live for the thrill and adventure of looking through bookstores, yard sales and thrift stores for the elusive teen romance novel from the 50's or 60's. I've had to limit my collection to these certain dates partially due to space, and because once you hit 1970 the books become less about romance and more about ISSUES. Of course exceptions are made for certain authors - I must comeplete my sets!

I also collect humorous memoirs by the likes of Jean Kerr, Thelma Ferre Bjorn, Jean Shepherd. I love authors that can make me laugh, so I also have Larry McMurtry, Dave Barry and Carl Hiaasen. I still have a long way to go to get all my books catalogued.

Oh, did I mention I collect Juvenile Fiction, 1950-80. I would love to go back and relive my childhood, this is as close as I can get. :)I collect other kinds of books too, but the more I write, the more I realize that it's strange to collect so many books.
A propos de moi
About me turns out to be the most difficult question I've had to answer in a long time, probably since "Do you take this man . . . " (That was 17 years ago) Everything that I start to write about myself turns out to really be about my library. I'm starting to get worried.
