A propos de ma bibliothèque
I am updating my profile because I realize a lot has changed: I've lost (two floods) or gotten rid of a lot of books I used to have and now just retain several hundred of my favorites, mostly science fiction and fantasy and mysteries and history, along with some books I haven't read yet. So what's entered here has little relationship with what I actually own. I've also tended to buy ebooks lately or get my books from the library, as I have moved from upstate NY to Raleigh, North Carolina, and the library, like everything else, is now close to me.

A propos de moi

I'm a freelance writer/editor/proofreader/copy editor. Since moving to Raleigh, I've joined a number of clubs, including two book clubs (one classics, one science fiction/fantasy), a Star Trek group, the Jane Austen Society, and a classic films group. I am immeasurably happier in Raleigh than I was in small-town, upstate New York, and I don't miss six months of snow at all, not even a little bit.
