I usually search for dystopian literature (science fiction, a bit of fantasy, apocalyptic futures/worlds). I'll read some more popular books, but it usually takes a lot of convincing.

Recently, I've been all over the Early's Reviewers and Member's Giveaways. And, with a good selective eye, I've enjoyed about all of my choices. There are definitely very talented writers who don't get much publicity.

I'm a graduate student in the School of Library and Information Science at IUPUI. I read dystopian and cyberpunk novels, almost exclusively, although I'll branch into other genres from time to time (usually history).
