- Mostly contemporary American and Canadian poetry, with a particular focus on Asian American poets and first books of poetry. I've also been building a collection of books related to poetry translation (especially translation of Chinese texts)
- A propos de moi
I'm the author of two books of poetry, Babbage’s Dream (Sundress Publications, 2017) and The Lost Country of Sight (Anhinga Press, 2008), winner of the 2007 Philip Levine Prize, as well as a poetry chapbook, Leviathan (Hyacinth Girl Press, 2016), which won an Elgin Prize winner for Sci Fi Poetry. I hold a PhD in Literature and Creative Writing from USC, as well as an MFA in Creative Writing from UC Riverside and a BS in Computer Science from BYU. I am currently completing a Master's in Library & Information Science at UBC in Vancouver, BC.
