again, mostly childrens and young adult lit, but I also read a lot of non-fiction, especially humor. I'm also a big fan of books that eventually became films.

There's that old saying, "you can't judge a book by its cover."

I judge most books exclusively by the cover. So I guess you could say I really appreciate book cover art.

In addition, all the books in my library "hooked" me in the first couple of pages. If I don't like what I'm reading within those first few pages, the chances are very high that I will not finish the book. Therefore, almost all books in my library could be classified as "page-turners" (to me, anyway).

Hello all -

My name is Adam and I like to read...a lot...when I have time.

Most of the books I read are probably classified as "childrens" or "young adult" literature, due mostly to the fact that I enjoy books with pictures.

I work in a library so I'm constantly surrounded by books, which is awesome, but can sometimes become a problem because I will acquire many books at a time and yet have no time whatsoever to read any of them.
