It keeps growing in different directions, depending on my current interests. I belong to Bookcrossing, which encourages me to cull my collection - once I've given some away, I give myself permission to buy more.

Often permission is given to buy more than I gave away ;)
A propos de moi
I grew up in a house full of groaning bookcases, and even though I cull books on a regular basis, our shelves are full of double rows (books on books).

For Christmas this year, I collected books I thought each recipient would like, and registered them on Bookcrossing before giving them away. If my recipients choose, they can wild release after reading.
