A propos de moi
The Local History Collection of the Shaker Heights Public Library is housed in the Moreland Room on the first floor of the Main Library.

Material in this collection is primarily concerned with the history of the City of Shaker Heights and the development of the community within the greater context of Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.

The Moreland Room Local History Collection contains:

• Books, photographs, videos, and other sources of information on the history, institutions, and personalities of Shaker Heights;

• The Shaker Authors Collection--works by current and former residents of Shaker Heights;

• The archives of the Shaker Heights League of Women Voters and Shaker Life Magazine;

• Blueprints of many Shaker Heights homes, on microfilm;

• Shaker Heights High School Yearbooks from 1922-present;

• and much more.
