I like to read outside the genre I write in so it's all over the map. I buy fantasy and horror for my husband, plus sci-fi, adventure, and thrillers for my sons.

I write romantic suspense--two novels indie published with a novella in progress. I’ve been reading romances since I was way too young, writing them in my head for way too long and and now, finally, writing and indie publishing romances for real. I live in Northern California with my husband but I’ve moved around a lot. I was born in upstate New York and grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since then I’ve lived on the West Coast, including Washington State and Southern California. My first career was in high-tech advertising and public relations in Silicon Valley. I raised two sons as a stay-at-home mom and ran a school library. I really enjoy putting my own twist on popular romantic themes and tropes (billionaires, psychics, Cinderella stories, amnesia, you name it). I don’t know why I can’t resist a reclusive billionaire but I’m okay with that. Happily, I have plenty of company.
