I have an eclectic mixture, there's no rhyme or reason to my choices- I just want to read about everything that I possibly can. I love non-fiction, sci-fi, books about Buddhism share a shelf with books about atheism, alternate reality is an excellent genre, but straight historical reads make me nervous (how much liberty has this author taken with the truth?). I will always make time to read a book that's been made into a film, because somewhere someone has loved it enough to spend years of their life making a different form of art from it

I live in Brisbane with my lovely husband Scotty and our two spoilt dogs called Sun Zi and Chi Chi. I tend to go through stages of being a total bookworm and then wanting to go see movies all the time with my friends from work. I'm 41 years old and just got my first tattoo (my husbands name in a winged heart...awww). My bedside table currently has more than 10 books on it and I'm desperate to read ALL of them...where to start?
