I began collecting books as a child and have many still in my library from that time. I independently joined my first book club at age 15 and began amassing books. My library contains mostly children's books, which I still love to read.

I am an avid reader and a book maven, much to my husband's chagrin. I am a mother of 8; 4 bio, 3 step, and one adopted. I also homeschool and love it, BTW my degree is in education. One of my favorite jobs ever was working at Barnes and Noble, not very lucrative since most of my salary was spend on getting more books, at the wonderful employee discount! I adore travel and spent a year living abroad. Now, I make my home in the beautiful state of Colorado.
