A propos de ma bibliothèque
I have more books than I will probably ever get around to listing here on LibraryThing.

I got hooked on Fantasy when I read The Hobbit & Lord of the Rings in high school. It's still my favorite genre. I like some science fiction, but prefer science fantasy. I also love historical fiction and mysteries. Though I'm not necessarily a big fan of romance, I do enjoy lesbian fiction, particularly if it also falls under the fantasy or historical fiction genres.

I tend to cycle between reading primarily fiction and reading primarily non-fiction. Natural science, history, archaeology, and spirituality engage me just as much as fiction does.
A propos de moi
I've been an avid reader since I was a young child. My parents always encouraged me to read and libraries were my home away from home.

I prefer exploring used book stores over modern/chain bookstores. Browsing a used bookstore is like digging for buried treasure and I never know what will strike my fancy.
