A propos de moi
Throughout my childhood, friends and family members were subjected to endless plays, stories, and imaginary adventures, courtesy of my strange little brain, which was (and is) a continual, frenzied loop of plot lines, characters, and other worlds. I wrote the beginnings of about ten thousand stories, but after a few pages, I'd move on to something else. By the time I was a teenager, I switched to writing songs, because at least I could stay focused long enough to finish them.

In college, I wrote screenplays. I loved dialogue and feared imagery, so it was perfect. I wrote five, printed them out, put them in binders, and stuck them in a drawer. They're still there.

These days, I write novels. I no longer fear imagery, despite my horrible excuse for a visual memory (I have to do a Google Images search to get an idea of what pretty much anything looks like, but I'm used to that by now). On August 8, 2016, I self-published my first novel. It's called Aret. It's about dragons, dreams, and transformation, and I'm ridiculously stoked about it.
