Other than most speculative/fantasy/science fiction, my tastes in reading are fairly broad. I can be elitist at times, but also love the many flavors of genre fiction.

My old passion of writing has, unfortunately, been replaced by the study of writing and literary theory. My warning to all future writers is not to get the bug to read books on writing. Instead, draw from your influences. Your early writing is supposed to be bad. Let your own experience carry you on instead of letting the often overwhelming advice and experience of others bog you down.

My library has grown to a size large enough to be used as collateral for any loan.

I am a student studying English Education and am the editor at the newly launched online culture magazine Infopium.com.

A voracious reader to the point of annoying my family and everyone I know since a very young age, I have neglected and /or sacrificed most other things in my life. I tend to enjoy reading in libraries but not borrowing from them out due to the fear instilled in me by the massive overdue fines of my past.

I moved to southeastern Ohio as a change of pace from the medium-city life of central Florida and to explore what the western edge of Appalachia has to offer in sights and adventures. I plan to teach in either Brooklyn or Las Vegas.

Luckily, the habit of buying used or early edition books has come to environmentally counter the vast amount of driving I do on the US interstate system, my other passion.
