I prefer British literature (esp. Dark Romanticism, Gothic novels, Dark Fantasy), some poetry (Baroque, Expressionism), philosophy, occultism,(para-)psychology, interpretation & analysis of dreams, lucid dreaming, mental disorders, forensics & pathology and anything related to the darker sides in history & art (Vanitas, Memento Mori, The Dance Of Death, The Black Death). I'm constantly hungry for nourishing my mind by sophisticated literature or drowning into a world so different from ours by escapist fantasy novels as long as it offers multi-faceted characters (not your ordinary heroes and villains), a remarkable setting and a plot with surprising twists and turns. I'm open to any recommendations that have got something in common with my library. Thanks.
