A propos de ma bibliothèque
Many of the books that I own are from my adolescent and teenage years - fantasy and science fiction. I am working on adding more classics and mature tastes to my library. I also have had to downsize my library due to apartment space but for a colleges student it is still pretty sizable.
A propos de moi
I have been an avid reader since I was about 5 or 6 years old. Technology wasn't a huge thing in the late 90's-early 2000's in my family, and my siblings and I were home schooled, so we had a lot of free time. I quickly grew to love reading and would sometimes read a book a day (average book being about 150 pages long). My sisters and I added to our personal libraries, shopping at the local Book Exchange, thrift stores, and going to yard sales. We frequented the neighborhood library, going at least once a week, and kept records of the books that we read. I used to spend so much time reading that my dad had to forbid me from having books at the dinner table. I still love reading, but college has sucked up a lot of my free time.
Currently, I spend most of my time volunteering for the local animal shelter, going to class, studying, going to events for my co-ed honors fraternity, and visiting with my sister Blair. My free time is spent hanging out with my boyfriend, cooking, running, updating social media, and going to festivals and other events around Richmond.
I live with my boyfriend and our Persian mix Lancelot in a charming apartment that used to be part of a hospital, and I'm currently studying to be a veterinary technician.
