Brenda keeps the animal theme with her next two books. Her fourth book: Sundae, Calico Queen Finds An Unlikely Friend is a great early reader's story about kindnesses extended from one animal to another forging trust and a very unlikely friendship! Charlie, My Personal Trainer, is Brenda's latest book and playfully depicts how a dog takes a lead role in his master's exercise regimen while he enjoys all the activity!

Brenda, as a mother and teacher, realizes the benefit of a simple yet clear message especially for early readers. She tries to bring that concept to her books as well as the empowering message that children can and do make a difference.

Brenda has written two books to date relating to a basic recycling theme. They are: Tireless Toby the Tire and Joyful Jake the Jelly Jar. Brenda's love and appreciation for the behavior of children and animals is apparent in her simple, charming little books. She plans a series of books celebrating the innocence and beauty of children and animals. Her third book is about "Riley", a clever little dog, who will delight the young reader by showing he definitely has a mind of his own!
