Young adult series in the fantasy genre, with a good deal of humor. One of the main characters (and the first character introduced in the first book) is a young woman raised as the stereotypical "fairy princess" who rejects that role and, instead, seeks out dragons. Then, instead of fulfilling the typical "damsel in distress" position, she continues to live, grow up, and work with the dragons and other like-minded friends.
