krwhite5362: Sweet, feel good, read for all ages. Rowling uses her gift for character creation to create a tale that deals with a child's first real loss, and gently guides us all through it.

krwhite5362: Fun, light, if you want it to be, or allegorical if you've been paying attention. Rowling never fails to deliver characters that pull one in, this book is no exception.

krwhite5362: Courageous in that it is not only a highly personal book, but she risks the wrath of the "tyrannical minority" with facts. Well written and highly readable; looking forward to more from her. Meticulously researched and documented.

The influential thinkers and events that shaped the Americanized version are here. Suprisingly readable, was prepared for a dry read, but read this in 5 or 6 sessions, and anticipate a re-read soon. Sources are very well documented
