timspalding: I never read it. (Read but didn't finish long ago.) So I'm game.
Megi53: I started this once before, and the decadence put me off -- however, I'm very much in the mood for it now!
waitingtoderail: I've wanted to read this for awhile and this will give me an excuse. I read Frankenstein last year, not interested in a reread. Dracula has never interested me.
SqueakyChu: pbadeer gave this book to me, but I haven't read it yet.
anglemark: It's been ages since I read it, but I'm not that interested in rereading it.
mdesive: This is the only of the three I haven't read before, so it'll be an excuse to finally read it.
_Zoe_: This is the only one I haven't read, and I feel like I should have read it.
Scorbet: I've already read the other two fairly recently, but have never read this one.
jeshakespeare: I have already read this as evidenced by my library. So, I would like a different choice if possible.
yoyogod: This is thee only one on this list that I haven't read, so if it wins I'll probably actually participate
empress8411: I have never read this, but I've read the other two.
krazy4katz: This is the only one I am interested in. I have read Frankenstein. I hope I have the time to read it before February 10th.
WildMaggie: Good length for a quick read.
Carmenere: I saw the movie version years ago and am only slightly interested in reading the book
lilywren: I have read all 3 of the books in this category but would read any of these again for February.
janflora: I think I skipped through Dorian Gray in high school more than actually read it. Read and studied the others a lot.
luvamystery65: I have not read The Picture of Dorian Gray before but it is on my TBR mountain.
BookLizard: I haven't read this before.
calm: I read this most recently of the three but I would be willing to read it again.
Porua: I have never read this. I have wanted to for a long time, though. I'm curious.
TooBusyReading: This is the only one of the three I haven't read, and I probably wouldn't get around to it otherwise.
ccookie: I think I read Dorian Gray a bazillion years ago but remember nothing. I have read the others within the past two years.
myraleen: never read this..the story has always fascinated me,
lesmel: Haven't read PDG.
matthewmason: A few years ago I read this on my own, but didn't discuss it with anyone in a structured setting. I would to pry into some of the moral quandaries presented by Wilde.
EllsieFind: This is the only one I haven't read. I remember that, when I was a kid, the 1945 movie creeped me out in a delicious way so it should be fun to read the book.
lorannen: This has been on my list for a long, long time, so I'll definitely read it if it wins. However, the same could be said for Frankenstein, and, of the two, I've got a slight preference for reading that in a book club setting, rather than Dorian Gray.

timspalding: I read it in college, but would be glad to read it again in a group.
anglemark: I have wanted to read Frankenstein for many years now.
mdesive: Ranked this #2 because I haven't read it in a long time - would be nice for a refresher.
jeshakespeare: I have read this one but it was awhile ago.
.Monkey.: I'm planning on reading it this year. I've read the other two, so I'd participate in those, but wouldn't be reading with the group & they wouldn't be as fresh in mind.
leahbird: I loved this book so much more than I thought I would because of the Monster's thoughts on humanity. Love to read it again with a big group to discuss with.
Carmenere: I was quite surprised by how much I enjoyed Dracula last year and hope to have the same reaction for Frankenstein
BookLizard: I could reread it - it's been several years since I last read it.
calm: It is a very long time since I read this but I think it could promote a lot of discussion.
TooBusyReading: I've also read this one and wasn't especially impressed but think it could lead to good discussions.
matthewmason: A better traditional warning tale about 19th century Enlightenment there is not. I've read this short novel on 5 occasions (only the first time out of my own free will), however, and for that somewhat selfish reason, I'm placing it secondly. We just finished a cautionary tale, too (though that might actually spur discussion).
EllsieFind: My 3rd choice only because I read this in a science fiction/fantasy class and, although that was 20 years ago, the details have stuck with me.
Tanya-dogearedcopy: I recently re-read Frankenstein and learned that it yields something different with each reading. This time, I would go with an audio edition.
lorannen: I've somehow never gotten around to reading Frankenstein, despite it being on my list for at least 10 years now. This seems like a good excuse to push myself to read it finally! I've also had Dracula and Dorian Gray on my TBR list for years, but for some reason, I think Frankenstein would make a better book club selection than either of the others.

timspalding: I love Dracula to pieces. I am, however, worried it's a little long.
anglemark: I loved Dracula and have long wanted to reread it. Great book.
mdesive: While I like this one, I just re-read it not long ago, so I ranked it #3
jeshakespeare: I have never read this one.
Lman: The only one of these three I really want to read - or in this case...re-read. :) I think it will generate some vibrant discussion too.
.Monkey.: I've read it, but if it were chosen I might be motivated to read my huge annotated version now. Maybe.
BookLizard: Love it and want to reread it.
Porua: One of the best horror novels I've ever read. I've re-read it quite a few times and it never gets old. But the last re-read was three years ago. Time for a re-read!
TooBusyReading: I read this one maybe three (?) years ago and didn't especially like it but am willing to give it another try.
JacobsBeloved: I'm not really a fan of horror, but I've read Dorian Gray and I'd prefer this over Frankenstein.
jll1976: This has been sitting on my book shelf for sooooo long- this will force me to finally read it. LOL
matthewmason: I could see Dracula yielding extended discussion on the psychology of the its genre and its continued persistence since the 19th century.
EllsieFind: My second choice because, although I've read it, I don't remember the details as thoroughly as I remember the details of Frankenstein.
Tanya-dogearedcopy: I already own this and it's already on my reading list for this year so having the LT community discuss would be great. It would be a re-read for me, but I think there's much to be gained by re-visiting it.
lorannen: I'm definitely interested in reading Dracula eventually, but just don't really think I'd enjoy reading it in a book club-type group.
