I loved this book!!!
Cried a lot, but in a good way... sort of.
For me it wasn't as much of a love story as it was beautiful story about friendship.
I cried a lot for Joey and was glad that the story showed how big of a problem bullying is and how far it can sometimes go.
I cried for pour Charlie who was let down by the people that were supposed to protect her.
And I cried when Charlie and Jase got their happy ever after. I was so deeply touched while reading the epilogue.... the thought about the three friends finally being together again after death just made it for me. It was BEAUTYFUL

This was well written but I feel the story could have easily been one book. I just hate it when I can tell the story has been stretched out so the author can right a sequel. When will all these authors get the message?? I doubt I'll read the sequel because this book will be the farthest thing from my mind when it comes out! Anyway, I skimmed just a bit through ALL the thoughts going through their heads. This book is mostly filled with "thoughts" but there is some action mixed in. The H/h don't really hook up until 3/4 through nor do they even like each other much. Thankfully, no cliff hanger....that really would have sucked! I think Sam's history will be interesting but I doubt I'll ever read it.… (plus d'informations)

Rating is more like a 2.5. The first half was better than I expected. The second half just jumped off the deep end. There was practically no mention until half way through about the paranormal aspects. There were a few funny jokes and a few offensive crass comments. Grace was odd. Mostly she felt kind of juvenile for a soul that's supposed to have lived hundreds of lives. Shane - well I get his the bad playboy but even when he tried to change Grace ignored it so seemed kind of annoying - they had a lot of stupid interactions. I kind of just wanted to bash their heads together and be done with it. Unless I missed something, Shane had the same ice blue eyes she was looking for so I didn't really understand why she never considered it might be him - especially since she basically took Blake at first sight for nothing more than the eyes - I mean he was mauling her in front of everyone - why would she think he'd be the innocent reserved soulmate of hers? Anyway I enjoyed parts of it I guess. Kind of annoyed about the cliffhanger because I want to know what happens but I don't think I can bring myself to buy and read the sequel.
