Good book!

This was a very informative book about breakfast foods if you're following the zero belly diet. I look forward to trying some of the recipes!

I enjoyed the book, more like a diet guideline. I love eating well, but healthier. I do not desire as much takeout food when the food at home is tasty. I love finding less caloric ways to make my favorite meals. The book is easy to read. The photos are attractive. I will refer back to this from time to time to learn more about how to eat a better diet.
