Different people have different learning styles and this is excellent for those who need to do more than just read about the subject. Coloring the pictures gives the student an insight into how the "pieces" fit together and interact as well as providing a memory aid.

It needs to be used as a study guide in order to get the most out of it- giving it your complete attention, even though it is "just" a coloring book. It works best with a large selection of very sharp colored pencils, not markers or crayons.
