Sandra Woodruff, MS, RD, LD/N, holds a master's of science in food and nutrition from Florida State University. During her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including a hospital-based wellness center, dialysis clinic, and private practice. She has also taught college health and afficher plus nutrition courses and served as president of the Florida Dietetic Association. Now a consultant specializing in culinary nutrition and diet-related health problems, she is also the best-selling author of numerous cookbooks, including the Soft Foods for Easier Eating Cookbook, and a coauthor of Dr. Vlassara's AGE-Less Diet. afficher moins
