Sandra Woodruff, MS, RD, LD/N, holds a master's of science in food and nutrition from Florida State University. During her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including a hospital-based wellness center, dialysis clinic, and private practice. She has also taught college health and afficher plus nutrition courses and served as president of the Florida Dietetic Association. The Good Carb Cookbook: Secrets of Eating Low on… par Sandra Woodruff

I really, Really, REALLY dislike cheaply presented paperback cookbooks without photographs. They ARE Uninspiring and read like text books, and this is written by an M.S., R.D. I can see why this book is what it is..... But for those who are in need/want of a Low Glycemic, weight loss, & blood sugar maintenance cookbook, this might be what you are looking for.

The ingredients lists are in italics, so those are difficult to see.

I did like the nutritional information at the end of each recipe.… (plus d'informations)
