This book really surprised me in a good way. I found myself unable to put it down and finished it all in one day. The book itself is beautiful, the pages are good quality paper. The story was very sweet, reminded me a bit of a Nicholas Sparks novel. Overall, a relaxing book that I would recommend reading during a spring storm especially.

I won this book on library thing. This historical fiction with a touch of the supernatural touched my heart with its love and lighthouse life. My favorite parts were the seals, whales, thanksgiving rituals, and small town life. Thank you ms wood for a lovely tale I will share with my book club.
