C S Winchester

Set in Edinburgh, I think, but not with any real feeling of strange geography that is Edinburgh, I also felt like parts of the book were missing, scenes moved without flow, perspective changed without any visual cues or breaks and I felt like I was missing things all along. Still not a bad read overall, the premise is intriguing, an MI5 operative who investigates the strange who is pulled into a murder mystery where her ex is the lead investigator and where vampires get involved. Could make a good TV series, with a lot of polish.… (plus d'informations)
