interesting, full of fascinating details, but oh-so-depressing to read.

Makes a good case that Rush has dominated the right-wing politics for years, taking a toll on democracy with his trash talking ways

Wilson makes his case for Limbaughs' disregard for truth or accuracy, his sexism, racism and general willful ignorance on many topics. However, he seems unclear on how Limbaugh constitutes a threat to America since he explains that while 5% of the nation is a huge radio audience it is a small percentage of the population. Limbaugh seems mainly a threat to the Republican Party since the tendency of "ditto heads" to swamp politician's switchboards at Rush's command gives them undue influence over the party, driving it into an extremism that makes alliances with less fanatic voters impossible.
The book is also rather poorly organized as similar information is presented in several different places, making the last parts of the book seem repetitive. I feel the work also suffers from Wilson's obvious animosity toward Limbaugh. A cooler, just the facts, approach would be more convincing.
