This book is ~60% about the Seals and combat situations; the remainder about leadership. At times it reads like an advertisement for the Seals. It contains some good leadership advice that can be applied beyond a military setting. I found the tone of the book to be very macho and written with a level of arrogance. Lots of points repeated throughout.
