After i bought this book I realized that to understand the hermit crab you need to be the hermit crab. I soon got to work creating a giant shell out of paper mache and strapped it to my back. My life is changed forever! I now had my home on my back! I can go anywhere and still have shelter from the elements. I burned down my old house for insurance money. I am my own worlds master!

I was given this book, in return for an honest review.

Upon reading this book, I figured it would be another someone giving their opinion on how everyone should write. As I got into this book, I discovered that it wasn't that way at all. It was more of a guideline, and it was kept very simple that anyone, from the beginning writer, to a more adept write could understand and go along with. The steps in this book is very relatable to my own personal experience as a writer, especially the part about the "Lazy writer" and yes i'm paraphrasing on that. I've made plenty of excuses to write.

This book has made me actually want to go back into writing, and actually follow through with it, even if it doesn't go anywhere. While reading this book, I actually took notes and while I do my writing I will have this book close by in case I need it especially on the actual writing of the book parts.

This book I rated as 5 stars, because it was easy to follow along with, very understandle and relatable. Also, it inspired me to get myself back into writing, and to do it the right way instead of what I did before. Write a chapter then edit the chapter, that is where I faltered with my writing, instead of just writing it until the end and then doing the editing.

Katarina volunteers to be a companion to mad Lord Adrik. He has a bad reputation; he killed his first wife and supposedly drinks blood and tortures companions in his dungeon. Katarina finds out that Sebestyen is not as bad as his reputation suggests and sets about redeeming him.
This is a good example of gothic romance. I can see young women of the Regency era sneaking copies of this book home from the bookstore. Katarina is mostly strong and kind, and Sebestyen complements her well, standing up for her when she needs it.
The mystery is fun. There are ghosts and blood, all the elements you want in a gothic romance. It's a nice light read. I give it 3 1/2 stars.
