E.D. Wilbourn

A dark read with a triangle that covered several years including tradegy. It was difficult to connect the characters and their relationships due to lack of detail. I feel more detail was given to the scenery. I will follow up and read book 2 just to see what happens. I hope it gives me more connection to the characters.

As much as I liked this story that lasted decades with so many twists and turns; I really had a hard time connecting with the characters and the relationships. In my opinion, it was severely lacking in detail of relationships and the significant events that took place. Definitely a dark read.
