The romance was definitely uneven and choppy, the mystery was police procedural -ly BUT the twist at the end was shocking..

I read this book in a couple of days: this is a story of love at first sight, where love is so beautiful and perfect it can't be true. In the first part of the book, there are so many details of this so nice love that it makes the story a bit slow. But there is this mystery about past lives that is intriguing and makes us want to know more!
And finally the last part hooked me, was pretty strong and made me cry...

I loved this book. It is a ghost story, a love story, and a stalker mystery all rolled into one. Nathan's stubbornness made the love story frustrating at times but the mystery kept me reading all the way to the end. The ending comes with a twist I never saw coming.

The premise had me hooked, and the author compared it to the works of Nicholas Sparks - which intrigued me, and also raised my expectations. It started out a little slow for me. I questioned the characters actions and reactions, because I didn't feel I knew them, and it was taking too long to gain the insight. I wasn't sure I would like it. It came together toward the end, though, and the power of its sentiment had me changing my mind. It could use a thorough proofreading, but, I thought it was a pretty good read. It did make me cry. If a book touches your emotions that way, it must be something worth reading.
I was given a copy of this book for free in exchange for an honest review.
