After I got to the end, I realized that I must have read this before. Maybe it had a different title. But now that I've seen this edition, I want to see the movie! I would love to see Christopher Plummer as Holmes.

The book is a novelisation of the screenplay and from my memory of the movie, is quite a bit coarser language wise.
It's a quick read at 180 pages, so there's not a great deal of depth to the characters, atmosphere or situations yet it is quite entertaining.… (plus d'informations)
