Meely LaBauve was the first book in the trilogy and I enjoyed reading it. Junior's Leg, the second book, was less interesting, mainly because the character Junior was a bad guy in the first book. Logan's Storm, the final book, was a chore to get through. While the writing is good, the story is way way over padded. I finally resorted to skimming the last 80 pages, just to get through it.

But now I am going to the grocery looking to buy Cajun and Creole products. Good book for a narrow audience.… (plus d'informations)
