Cute poems addressing foods' feelings about the people who eat them. Poems rhyme and are accompanied by fun illustrations showing the food acting out there wacky adventures that the poems speak about. Poems are a bit gross and extremely fantastical.

These poems were all about Dinosaurs and the book was full of humorous rhymes as well as pictures. The poems were definitely more suited for a younger more immature reader as many of the poems had some potty humor. Still, other poems where funny even for adults. This book had a lot of good examples of poetic literary elements. The rhyme scheme of many of the poems were particularly great.

It is easy to see Weinstock's background in graphic design come out in this hilarious compilation of poems about food. Lots going on in the detailed illustrations which support the humor of the text.
