"Is two a lot?"
"Well, two is not a lot of pennies...but two is a lot of smelly skunks!"
A car ride is transformed as a mom and kid decide on what "a lot" means from one to ten (and then 50, 100, 1000). Numbers are written/drawn bigger than the rest of the text, first as a numeral and then in writing (e.g. 2, two). Math concepts are build into this imaginative story naturally.
