Jay J. Wagoner

Jay J. Wagoner has had a keen interest in SW History and Government since he began interviewing pioneers as a teenager. Initially he would find a pioneer, make an appointment and take notes of their conversations, later he would take his reel to reel taperecorder in insure accuracy. The Arizona Republic newspaper called him "an accurate historian and a lively writer". He upgraded and enhanced his previous Arizona Government by Gibbs Smith Publisher, to reflect changes in Arizona's State government for the twenty-first century.
