I really enjoyed this book. I found it very cute. I thought for a middle grade book it was very well done and did not have over dramatic characters. I really loved the premise and the characters. It was a tad predicable but a fun read over like 2 days. I really hoped there was sequel but alas not yet. Overall such a cute read and would rec for a feb. read.

I started this book with the expectation that I wouldn't like it or probably wouldn't even finish it. I was only reading it to see if it was appropriate for my 9 yo to read, who bought it as part a large lot of used books. I was pleasantly surprised! Rather than the high school melodrama I was expecting, I discovered a sweet and funny story about friendship and the value of waiting to start serious relationships until one is older and more mature... Even if you like someone, this book shows the value in remaining just friends. Very appropriate for upper elementary and middle school students. So glad to find this story for my child.… (plus d'informations)
