"Every Ocean Has a Shore" by Jamie Langston Turner is a remarkable display of her writing prowess. Her words entwine through your mind like ivy, leaving an indelible impression on your heart. The characters are portrayed as fully human, with their quirks, flaws, worries, and benevolence. The book's concept is inspired by a C. S. Lewis quote, "You have not chosen one another, but I have chosen you for one another." Three individuals from different backgrounds and life stages come together through a traumatic event, forming great friendships despite ending up in different parts of the country.

Jamie's narrative is sprinkled with inspiration, wisdom, compassion, sorrow, amazement, and humor. There is a blend of tragedy and hope throughout the book, providing a deeper understanding of God and His influence in our lives. I highly recommend this story to those who have read Jamie's previous works and to those seeking a new author who can help us comprehend the complexities of our existence on Earth.

Sadly, I'm not sure the negative impression wouldn't be the most lasting for some readers. For those who like a happy ending, this story ends with a glimmer of hope, if not a burst of joy.… (plus d'informations)
